The knee is about the same. Maybe a little better. I ran on Friday and today (Tuesday). I meant to run yesterday but didn't happen. But I've been keping up on push ups and situps before my runs.
Friday March 18th
Run: 1 mile
Time: 10:58
Heart Rate: 168
Pushup: 5X10
Situps: 5X12
Tuesday March 22nd
Run: 1 mile
Time: 10:31
Heart Rate: 165
Push ups: 5X10
Sit ups: 5X12
That is all I have for now. I may run tomorrow but my wait until Thursday. I haven't decided yet.
